Minecraft Heart Island Episode 2 Part 1

Hearts low, hunger high and too scared to leave my blocky base, I opted to wait it out the whole long night. I determined to make a mine underneath my base. I dug down in stairs and decided to make a strip mine out of it later. I found some coal and crafted some

torches. I looked for creepers but there were none in sight. I walked around and noticed two slow but determined zombies making their way towards me. Before I could react, they pounded their fleshy fists into my chest. CRACK! My health bar was alarmingly low, and I was on the verge of dying of hunger. I whipped out my stone sword and slashed at the assailants. One, two, three…The first one perished - XP exploding out of its chest and pinging into my inventory along with Rotten Flesh. One two three…POOF! My XP bar went up as I grinned gleefully.

The rain came to a halt. Feeling victorious, I decided to do a patrol of my island. I found a skeleton stuck in the water. Bones! However, I only received one bone. “Guess I’ll have to save up “I muttered to myself. I went around the island, making sure no animals tried to escape into the water and get stuck. My food bar went down so I decided to hunt some

food. I unmercifully slaughtered a few pigs, their fleshy cube particles being flinged into the air. Dread hit me like a wave as I realised : no potatoes on this isolated island. No more pigs. Food is running out.
